My partner and i had a wonderful experience at this hotel during our recent trip to lille. It exceeded our expectations, especially with the romantic room setup for my girlfriend's birthday. The location was perfect for leisurely strolls to nearby sites and great restaurants.

Great location just a couple of minutes from both train stations. Room had a powerful shower, flat-screen TV, and the bed was super comfy. There was a kettle for coffee, and they offered complimentary bottled water. Breakfast had fresh pastries and good coffee. The staff was really helpful.

Perfect for a romantic getaway

The staff were really good, going above and beyond for my girlfriend’s birthday. They decorated our room with balloons and heart-shaped glitter, she was so thrilled, it made the stay lovely.

Lack of air conditioning in the room made the stay uncomfortable, especially during warmer nights. The double bed felt a bit small and sloped noticeably, leading to an uneasy sleep experience. Window views were hindered by the ground level surroundings, with the unsightly view of broken bottles and cigarette butts outside. Additional amenities were lacking, like a proper refrigerator and strong pillows, which impacted comfort. The bathroom was small, and I found the heating inconsistent, making showers a bit of a gamble with fluctuating temperatures.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Eurostar station and plenty of shops nearby. The room felt modern and was clean, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and assisted us with our luggage. Breakfast had a good selection and was a nice way to start the day. Unfortunately, the room was uncomfortably hot. I expected better given the price. The mini-bar didn't cool properly, making it less useful. The shower fluctuated from hot to cold, which was annoying. I wish there were more dining options nearby and that the parking directions had been clearer. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement.

I loved the charming setup in our Standard Double Room! They went above and beyond to create a romantic atmosphere with sweet decorations for a special occasion. Plus, the location had us just a quick stroll away from the train station and great local eateries, perfection!

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and squares. We enjoyed the nearby Tripostal exhibition centre for some cool art. Keep in mind there's no AC, but a fan helps, and the staff were super friendly.

Had some trouble with the bed setup. I requested twin beds, but got one large bed with a single duvet instead. Eventually just made do with it, but it was a bit frustrating.

I had a great night with a spacious room and powerful shower. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh juice and amazing coffee options. Definitely returning for more!
